The RMC Machine Shop has been serving the repair fabrication needs of all
types of industries since the 1940's. Projects range from the precision
fabrication of experiment hardware for use in Nuclear Guidance Systems and
customized instruments for aerospace to the manufacturing of simple tools.
The repair or modification of existing equipment such as power plant
companies is also a common task for the Shop. The Shop is skilled in
working from both engineering drawings as well as rough sketches. Customers
can take advantage of the staff's skill and experience when having trouble
working out the details of a needed part or instrument. The Shop is a fully
equipped machine shop complete with turning, milling, grinding, EDM,
welding, CMM, and honing capabilities. Our personnel have over 100 years of
combined experience and take pride in their work.
